When Will My Item Arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3–5 business days. If your item or order is large, it may ship via one of our third-party freight carriers, which deliver from semi trucks with lift gates. Freight delivery is much more complicated than standard parcel shipping — you must schedule a drop-off time, be present for the delivery, and move items from the curb to your residence, among other differences. Sound stressful? If you prepare in advance with ourguide to freight delivery, it doesn’t have to be.
We strongly encourage reading the entire freight delivery guide, but here’s aquick snapshot of what you need to be ready for when you order a large package:- Your freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window of about 4–8 hours
- You’re required to be physically present at the specified delivery location during the scheduled window
- Freight shipments are carried in semi trucks, which have lift gates to assist with unloading
- Freight deliveries are dropped off at the curb and no further — not up the driveway, not the porch, not the garage, and most definitely not the backyard — so it’s on you to transport packages to their intended locatio
- For an easier time hauling items to your home or backyard, arrange for at least 2 helpers to be on standby during your delivery window
- You must sign for the shipment to indicate that you’ve accepted the delivery

This fire pit is individually handcrafted in the U.S.A. from glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC). This durable material is stronger and 50% lighter than regular concrete. It allows for a long-lasting product because the glass fibers prevent rust and cracking. Additionally, the color is cast throughout the product ensuring it will not peel or chip off. You can choose a regular finish, a metallic finish that reflects in the light and mimics the look of an anodized finish, or a rustic finish that has a textured appearance on the surface. Because of its handmade nature, slight variations in color and texture will occur to provide a truly unique product. This rectangular fire pit measures at 60x36x24-inches (L x W x H) with a maximum BTU output of 65,000. Easily store a standard 20 lb. propane tank in the convenient access door. Each fire pit features an LC Certified system, fire pan, 304 stainless steel burner, key valve, key, hoses, and lava rock. Fire glass is available for upgrade (75 pounds recommended).
Choose from five different ignition options: Match Light, Match Light with Flame Sense, Flame Sense with Spark Ignition, 12V Electronic Ignition or 110V Electronic Ignition. The Smart Weather Electronic Ignition System has been tested in rain, snow, and 55 mph winds to ensure long lasting durability and will reignite if blown out due to wind. The compact system can be wired by your local electrician to be controlled by a pool controller, remote control, or home automated systems to provide effortless control of the fire feature. This LC Certified unit is compatible with 12VAC only (12V to 110V transformers are available) and features a glow plug igniter designed to withstand the elements.
