When Will My Item Arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3–5 business days. If your item or order is large, it may ship via one of our third-party freight carriers, which deliver from semi trucks with lift gates. Freight delivery is much more complicated than standard parcel shipping — you must schedule a drop-off time, be present for the delivery, and move items from the curb to your residence, among other differences. Sound stressful? If you prepare in advance with ourguide to freight delivery, it doesn’t have to be.
We strongly encourage reading the entire freight delivery guide, but here’s aquick snapshot of what you need to be ready for when you order a large package:- Your freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window of about 4–8 hours
- You’re required to be physically present at the specified delivery location during the scheduled window
- Freight shipments are carried in semi trucks, which have lift gates to assist with unloading
- Freight deliveries are dropped off at the curb and no further — not up the driveway, not the porch, not the garage, and most definitely not the backyard — so it’s on you to transport packages to their intended locatio
- For an easier time hauling items to your home or backyard, arrange for at least 2 helpers to be on standby during your delivery window
- You must sign for the shipment to indicate that you’ve accepted the delivery

The Fixe Triplex bolt was designed specifically for rock climbing. Triplex is the highest quality climbing bolt available. Triplex uses the same expansion principal as the Powers 5-Piece bolt. Triplex takes anchoring a step further by eliminating the nose cone with a solid stud system. This design allows Easy Removal for replacement and consists of only 3 Parts. The sleeves expand by tightening the nut which draws the tapered stud from the hole. This system places the threads outside of the rock eliminating hidden thread and nose cone corrosion. Triplex can be easily inspected for corrosion by quickly removing the entire unit. This bolt can be used in soft and pocketed rock. Triplex can also be utilized to equip a Glue-In anchor using the same hole size for both bolts. Triplex bolts are reusable!

Fixehardware is a company run by rock climbers. The initial concept for the company took place while climbing the Lotus Flower Tower in Canada’s Cirque of the Unclimables in 1992. Over dinner with some neighboring Spanish climbers in the Cirques Fairy Meadows I introduced the idea of introducing this high quality product to the US market. A few months later my new Spanish partner and I shook hands at my father’s dining room table in Huntington Beach California and Fixehardware was in business. The first orders were shipped to customers from my father’s garage.
After 20 years of doing business we are still a very small operation, I work with my customers daily and try to field as many questions and phone calls as possible. Every customer I have is very important to me and most know me by name at this point.
