Simply preheat the oven on high, and once the lid thermometer reaches the PIZZA zone, turn the knob to the corresponding setting on the dial, and you're ready to cook. This helps to match the oven temperature with the stone temperature, ensuring your pizza cooks evenly on the top and bottom. The dual-hinged lid is a patent pending design with a front-access pizza door to easily add and remove your masterpiece with minimal heat loss. When you're done cooking pizzas, flip the lid open for easy, full-access cleaning inside the oven.
