When Will My Item Arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3–5 business days. If your item or order is large, it may ship via one of our third-party freight carriers, which deliver from semi trucks with lift gates. Freight delivery is much more complicated than standard parcel shipping — you must schedule a drop-off time, be present for the delivery, and move items from the curb to your residence, among other differences. We strongly encourage reading the entire freight delivery guide, but here’s aquick snapshot of what you need to be ready for when you order a large package:- Your freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window of about 4–8 hours
- You’re required to be physically present at the specified delivery location during the scheduled window
- Freight shipments are carried in semi trucks, which have lift gates to assist with unloading
- Freight deliveries are dropped off at the curb and no further — not up the driveway, not the porch, not the garage, and most definitely not the backyard — so it’s on you to transport packages to their intended locatio
- For an easier time hauling items to your home or backyard, arrange for at least 2 helpers to be on standby during your delivery window
- You must sign for the shipment to indicate that you’ve accepted the delivery

This 56-inch built-in gas grill has three (3) titanium and stainless steel blend burners that produce 27,500 BTUs each, for a total of 82,500 BTUs of total cooking power on the grilling surface. Grill also features 27,500 BTU ceramic sear zone burner that reaches 1500 degrees in four minutes and cooks 50 percent faster, sealing in juices with virtually no flare-ups and has a specially designed V-shaped grate that captures juices, fats, and flavors, and caramelize them to your food. The integrated rotisserie system has a 15,000 BTU rear ceramic infrared burner and a whisper-silent motor with a chain-driven spit that has 120 pounds of turning torque. Grill also features a 5,000 BTU smoker system with a stainless steel burner that ejects smoke at 200 degrees onto your grill and a smoker drawer that is large enough to hold peppers, herbs, and wood chunks and is sealed to hold liquids as well. Unique pyramid-shaped ceramic briquettes eliminate hot spots and maximize flavor as they evenly deliver heat to the cooking surface. An air-cooled front control panel keeps your knobs and control panel cool while grilling, protecting both the equipment and your hands from high heat. The 600 degree heat-resistant silicone sleeves protect the electrical wires of the grill.
