The woven part of the back is 12' wide and 15' high. The entire back, with the frame included, is 17' wide and 21' high, from the seat up. From the floor up, the back is 37'high. This bamboo chair has a smooth finish that protects you from scratches. It's also highly resistant to every day wear and tear, and you can even leave it outside in all types of weather.
