Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3–5 business days. If your item or order is large, it may ship via one of our third-party freight carriers, which deliver from semi trucks with lift gates. Freight delivery is much more complicated than standard parcel shipping — you must schedule a drop-off time, be present for the delivery, and move items from the curb to your residence, among other differences. We strongly encourage reading the entire freight delivery guide, but here’s aquick snapshot of what you need to be ready for when you order a large package:- Your freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window of about 4–8 hours
- You’re required to be physically present at the specified delivery location during the scheduled window
- Freight shipments are carried in semi trucks, which have lift gates to assist with unloading
- Freight deliveries are dropped off at the curb and no further — not up the driveway, not the porch, not the garage, and most definitely not the backyard — so it’s on you to transport packages to their intended locatio
- For an easier time hauling items to your home or backyard, arrange for at least 2 helpers to be on standby during your delivery window
- You must sign for the shipment to indicate that you’ve accepted the delivery

The high quality Supercast bowl features a contemporary concrete finish for an elegant look to integrate into your patio decor, while the solid construction ensures long term durability. The extra large 30-inch stainless steel Crystal Fire Plus burner features a complete 304 stainless steel construction with a drilled burner port design to create a realistic flame pattern, while the burner itself is rated for 105,000 BTU to create a large and authentic flame. Each concrete bowl measures 42 inches in diameter and features a unique color density variation with a one of a kind pitting pattern for a distinct look and natural feel.
Two ignition options are available for this unit. The first option is a push button spark ignition system designed to provide simple and convenient controls when lighting the unit, while the manual control valve allows a variable flame height. The other ignition option is an automated DSI system to offer complete electronic control of the fire pit from a wall switch or remote control. The stainless steel burner is UL listed to ensure the highest safety standards. This unit also includes standard diamond fire beads, a regulator and necessary fittings to connect to a standard 20-pound propane tank as is or to natural gas with a simple conversion. NOTE: This unit does not store a propane tank in its base.
