When Will My Item Arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3–5 business days. If your item or order is large, it may ship via one of our third-party freight carriers, which deliver from semi trucks with lift gates. Freight delivery is much more complicated than standard parcel shipping — you must schedule a drop-off time, be present for the delivery, and move items from the curb to your residence, among other differences. We strongly encourage reading the entire freight delivery guide, but here’s aquick snapshot of what you need to be ready for when you order a large package:- Your freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window of about 4–8 hours
- You’re required to be physically present at the specified delivery location during the scheduled window
- Freight shipments are carried in semi trucks, which have lift gates to assist with unloading
- Freight deliveries are dropped off at the curb and no further — not up the driveway, not the porch, not the garage, and most definitely not the backyard — so it’s on you to transport packages to their intended locatio
- For an easier time hauling items to your home or backyard, arrange for at least 2 helpers to be on standby during your delivery window
- You must sign for the shipment to indicate that you’ve accepted the delivery

- 90 Degree Double Walled Hood: The double-walled 304 stainless steel oven provides efficient heat retention for even heating. The oven opens to 90 degrees for easy access and efficient exhaust. The Teflon-coated spring assist ensures smooth and accessible opening.
- Analog Thermometer: This large, attractive thermometer with a polished stainless steel bezel is embedded in the hood and angled forward for easy viewing. It measures up to 1000°F.
- Aurora Backburner: This feature includes a stainless steel backburner and a complete rotisserie kit with a heavy-duty motor, solid spit rod, two meat prongs, counterbalance, and a polished stainless steel cover for protection.
- Aurora Halogen Lights: The grill features 12V interior halogen lights for enhanced evening grilling all year long.
- Cast Stainless Steel Burners: These ¼” thick, 304 grade burners weigh up to 12 lbs and come with a lifetime warranty. They are designed with a protective lip above the ports to prevent clogging from grease. Each burner provides up to 31,000 BTUs.
- Hot Surface Ignition System: This is the most advanced and reliable lighting system available. Simply push in the control knob to activate the hot surface, turn up the gas, and light your grill. 110V electricity is needed.
- Diamond Sear Cooking Grids: These grids have a patented design with bars that have a smooth flat top, covering over half of the total cooking surface. Each bar is shaped to optimally transfer the heat from the burners to the cooking surface for faster and more even cooking.
- Flavor Grids: These grids allow heat to rise unobstructed from the burner to the cooking grids. They disperse heat quickly and evenly, flavor the food by vaporizing juices, and minimize flare-ups and grease fires. They are also easy to clean and maintain.
- Additional Features: The grill also features a contoured control panel, LED-backlit comfort touch knobs, a custom-designed analog thermometer, a sliding tray with latch, four locking casters, storage doors with 6" handles, two fold-down solid shelves, a folding tool holder and paper towel holder, and a rotisserie kit.
