When Will My Item Arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3–5 business days. If your item or order is large, it may ship via one of our third-party freight carriers, which deliver from semi trucks with lift gates. Freight delivery is much more complicated than standard parcel shipping — you must schedule a drop-off time, be present for the delivery, and move items from the curb to your residence, among other differences. Sound stressful? If you prepare in advance with ourguide to freight delivery, it doesn’t have to be.
We strongly encourage reading the entire freight delivery guide, but here’s aquick snapshot of what you need to be ready for when you order a large package:- Your freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window of about 4–8 hours
- You’re required to be physically present at the specified delivery location during the scheduled window
- Freight shipments are carried in semi trucks, which have lift gates to assist with unloading
- Freight deliveries are dropped off at the curb and no further — not up the driveway, not the porch, not the garage, and most definitely not the backyard — so it’s on you to transport packages to their intended locatio
- For an easier time hauling items to your home or backyard, arrange for at least 2 helpers to be on standby during your delivery window
- You must sign for the shipment to indicate that you’ve accepted the delivery

Tahoe fireplaces are heater rated. Zone heating with a gas fireplace saves energy while warming the rooms you use most. The available blower helps circulate warm air more quickly.
These direct-vent fireplaces draw in fresh outside air to support combustion and exhaust combustion by-products to the outdoors.
The Tahoe’s vent-within-a-vent isolates the incoming fresh air from the exhaust, yet still requires just a single hole through the wall or roof.
Designed for in-wall installation, our Premium Clean- Face models require just 20 inches of depth. The venting connects to the top, but can run out the wall or up through the roof. Tile or other noncombustible material may be used to conceal the outer edge of the fireplace to create a true built-in system.
The Premium Clean-Face Tahoe includes a tempered glass view window and a unique burner that delivers a rich flame pattern. The ceramic fiber log set is required (but sold separately). Each log is hand painted for stunning realism with detailed bark, knots, and charring.
Ceramic Fiber Liner options for Premium models include a traditional Aged Brick with smoky highlights, and an old-world Rustic Brick. Or choose the deep black polished porcelain-steel liner that reflects the flames for a luxurious effect.
The available lighting kit draws attention to the intricate details in the log set and brick liner – even when no fire is burning. You can enhance heat distribution with the optional variable-speed blower. Both the light and blower include dimmer controls.
